Sonnet 16

Tonight I would not dare
Close mine eyes amidst the evening glare,
Nor would I dare to compare
my love's beauty against anyone, anywhere.

From far away you strike
Deep within my being as sleep begins its conquest,
For to sleep with you is unlike
Anything else I may request.

Dream of me, too,
As our words eclipse space,
In your dreams softly graze my face,
And I shall do the same for you.

Furthermore I shall be your lullaby,
Furthermore you needn't fear, furthermore you needn't cry.
